Our Founder

Meet Dr. Christopher Dorsa

Founder, Pro Performance Chiropractic

Dr. Christopher Dorsa grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, playing sports all year round. Through his favorite sports — wrestling, boxing, jujitsu, and skateboarding— he became closely familiar with sports injuries from a young age. By his third major surgery at the age of 20, Chris discovered his interest in medicine that led him to pursue medicine at the University of Miami.

While in Miami, he shadowed several orthopedic practices, learning about surgery and orthopedic treatment. During his last year, a chiropractor for the Miami Dolphins spoke to his class, which opened his eyes to the physical aspect of sports medicine. Diving in, to learn more about physical therapy and chiropractic, he soon realized that the preventative hands on approach to healthcare was much more appealing. As a result, he pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer West in California.

As a personal trainer throughout college, a major focus of his studies was in movement and sports-related injuries in addition to regular spinal care. Dr. Dorsa became relentless in learning the latest and greatest techniques to create a more efficient treatment approach. His style of treatment, which is different for each patient, translates to faster healing time and fixing the problem at the source rather than simply treating symptoms. Dr. Dorsa has extensive training in prenatal chiropractic, severe spinal cord injuries and paralysis, sports injuries, auto accident care, and overall wellness.

Outside of the office Dr. Dorsa has a large variety of hobbies. In the winter time you can find him in the mountains snowboarding and in the summer you may see him at the park getting upside down between hand balancing and acrobatics. Video and film work has been a new passion of his that started with his chiropractic.

Dr. Dorsa originally went to University of Miami to study Marine & Atmospheric Sciences which he completed his bachelor’s degree in, on top of the Pre Med requirements. He worked on a scuba diving boat as a divemaster during the summers to quench his thirst for the ocean. He was founder & president of the Scuba Club at his chiropractic college in California.

Associate Chiropractor

Meet Dr. William Jones, aka Dr. Wijy

Dr. William Jones, known by “Wijy”, was born and raised in Maryland. Dr. Wijy grew up very active, playing soccer, baseball, and swimming and eventually specializing in soccer. With over 10 years of clinical practice, Dr. Wijy has built his clinical skill set around not only manual therapies like joint manipulation, dry needling, and IASTM, but has focused on communication, empathy, reassurance, and building resilience in people who suffer from injuries and/or pain. He also has built a great knowledge base in evidence based weight management and nutrition, as well as personal training/strength and conditioning. Sports injuries, strength sports, and chronic pain continue to be areas of special interest for his practice.

Meet Erica Gladson

Registered Nurse

Erica started VIP IV in Denver, a mobile IV therapy clinic. She is in our office on Fridays to administer a variety of IV drips, injections, Botox, and fillers.

Erica has been a Registered Nurse since 2011. She has always wanted to be a missionary throughout her life which is what led her into a nursing career. She truly enjoys seeing others celebrate life, feeling well and passing the gift of health to one another. During her time as a nurse, she began to see a decline in health among family members that had been exposed to deadly toxins and gases, industrial and environmental, and also observed countless patients suffer with illnesses that went undiagnosed. This led her to begin working with Dr. Chad Prusmack, a Neurosurgeon & Functional Medicine Doctor. He opened her eyes to a new approach in medicine and received the gift of looking outside the box. After additional training and research, she decided she wanted to be an innovative assistant to public health issues that were getting overlooked so she teamed up with Dr. Ryan Oblachinski. This collaboration led them to the development of VIP IV clinic so they could help our community live their best life.
